Efek negatif bangun siang - Bangun tidur pada waktu berbeda bisa memunculkan dampak buruk pada kesehatan. Pada hari kerja, Anda pasti bangun pada waktu yang sama setiap harinya. Tetapi saat libur atau cuti panjang yang biasanya terjadi adalah Anda bangun sesiang mungkin seakan 'balas dendam', karena setiap hari bangun pagi.

Padahal bangun tidur pada waktu yang sama setiap harinya akan membuat Anda merasa lebih baik. Sahabat anehdidunia.blogspot.com ada beberapa alasan mengapa Anda tidak perlu menekan tombol untuk menghentikan alarm di ponsel atau jam weker saat hari libur. 1. Masalah metabolisme
Jika Anda tidur terlalu lama, tubuh tidak akan berfungsi sesuai ritmenya. Anda akan merasa lapar dalam jangka waktu lama dan hal ini mempengaruhi kecepatan metabolisme. Hal ini akan membuat bobot tubuh meningkat.

2. Lesu
Tidur berlebihan akan membuat Anda merasa lesu karena metabolisme Anda masih bekerja dalam 'set' malam hari. Tubuh membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk memulai sistem dan tidak dapat berfungsi normal. Jika Anda benar-benar ingin tidur sedikit lebih lama, usahakan jangan lebih dari tiga puluh menit.

3. Kehilangan waktu produktif
Para ahli menganggap pagi hari adalah waktu paling produktif karena pikiran Anda masih segar. Jika sahabat anehdidunia.blogspot.com tidur terlalu lama maka akan akhirnya kehilangan banyak waktu produktif dalam sehari. Sehingga, Anda harus menyelesaikan pekerjaan sampai larut malam dengan terburu-buru.

4. Disorientasi
Tidur terlalu lama membuat Anda sulit berkonsentrasi dalam waktu lama. Kecuali, setelah bangun tidur Anda langsung berolahraga. Lalu, karena metabolisme tidak bisa berhenti otak akan membuat Anda merasa lapar. http://anehdidunia.blogspot.com

5. Sakit kepala
Cairan serebrospinal bergerak ke otak ketika Anda tidur terlalu lama. Kondisi ini, jika berlangsung dalam waktu lama dapat menyebabkan sakit kepala parah dan bahkan menyebabkan kebutaan. Jadi, pikirkan lagi jika Anda ingin tidur lebih lama.

Awalnya sih gak kepikiran bakalan sekolah di SMA 12 Jakarta. Karna sebenarnya gue pengen sekolah di SMA ** Jakarta. Haha :D angkanya di sensor yaa :p

Apa sih yang ngebuat elo gak jadi sekolah di SMA **

Hal yang ngebuat gue enggak jadi daftar sekolah di SMA ** adalah :
1. faktor  siswa/i nya. Ada yang bilang siswa/i di SMA ** itu pergaulannya keras
2. Kata orang-orang di SMA ** siswa/i nya tergolong kalangan elite.
3. Waktu pendaftaran dibuka juga ada persyaratan yang gak ada yaitu SKHUN

Nah, itu dia penyebab gue gak jadi sekolah di SMA **. Tapi gue bersyukur kok bisa sekolah di SMA 12 Jakarta (y)



Pertama kali gue denger SMA 12 itu dari seorang bidan. Katanya dulu anaknya bidan itu kepengeeen banget sekolah di SMA 12 Jakarta tapi sayang gak ditrima, dan akhirnya dia pindah haluan deh ke SMA 21.


Apa sih yang ngebuat elo tertarik sama SMA 12 Jakarta?

Hal yang bikin gue terhipnotis sama SMA 12 adalah waktu gue search 'sman 12 jakarta' di wikipedia bahasa indonesia. Dan setelah gue baca artikel disitu, gue nemuin secuil kata dari artikel itu yaitu salah satu alumni SMA 12 Jakarta adalah Prof. Yohanes Surya. Gilaa!! guru fisika gue waktu SMP tuh nge-fans banget sama Prof. Yohanes Surya. gue ada nih beberapa foto Prof. Yohanes Surya ambil dari google, hehee :p


























Selain itu, jarak dari rumah kesekolah juga lumayan deket.
Nah, dari situ gue langsung deh bikin keputusan kalo gue harus sekolah disitu ;)


Gak gampang emang siswi dari luar DKI yang mau daftar sekolah yang ada di DKI. Kita harus lewatin yang namanya pra-pendaftaran. Pra-pendaftaran ini udah ada jadwal dan tempatnya masing-masing. Berhubung gue dari kab. Pekalongan, jadi gue pra-pendaftaran di SMA 68. Disiti gue lewatin banyak hal yang gak munhkin gue ceritain juga kan ;)

*jengjeng* Akhirnya tiba juga tanggal 27 Juni 2012, itu baru pendaftaran online-nya. Verifikasinya tanggal 2-6 Juli 2012. Ini nih yang bikin deg-degan. Soalnya ini yang nentuin gue bakal diterima di sekolah mana. Setiap siswa wajib masukin 3 pilihan. Pilihan gue yang pertama udah pasti SMA 12 Jakarta, yang kedua SMA 54, yang ketiga SMA 31. Dan Alhamdulillah gue ketrima di SMA 12 Jakarta.


MOPDB = Masa Orientasi Peserta Didik Baru
MOPDB ngegantiin MOS ( Masa Orientasi Siswa) yang lebih populer di kalangan masyarakat.
MOPDB di SMA 12 seruuunyaa pake bangeet, asyik, kreatif, mendidik dan senioritasnya juga kecil. Jadi, udag gak ada lagi tuh yang namanya BALAS DENDAM SAMA ADIK KELAS (y). Kakak kelasnya juga baik, pokoknya unforgetable banget MOPDB di SMA 21 \=D/
MOPDB di SMA 12 ngadain 3 lomba:

1. Lomba mading
2. Lomba PBB
3. Lomba Yel-Yel

Dan Alhamdulillahnya agi kelompok gue (kelompok 2 --> Chamaeleon) berhasil jadijuara ketiga-tiganya :D
1. Lomba mading juara 1
2. Lomba PBB juara 2
3. Lomba Yel-yel juara 3

Di lomba PBB kelompok gue udah frustasi banget soalnya gak berjalan lancar, kacaaauu deh :( Tapi Alhamdulillah kita bisa dapet juara 2 \=D/

Dan yang paling seru di MOPDB SMA 12 adalah demo ekskulnya. ceewwl bray!! (y)

Di akhir acara MOPDB, peserta MOPDB ngasih hasta karya = coklat ke kakak-kakak mentornya. Ini nih yang bisa dibikin modus, hahahaha :D

Okedeh, sampai sini aja ya secuil cerita pengalaman gue sampe bisa jadi siswi SMA 12 Jakarta.
