atau TPA atau Tes Psikologi
Bagi anda yang dipanggil untuk menjalani psikotes, sebaiknya anda memperhatikan beberapa saran dan tips di bawah ini.
Sebelum Tes
- Anda harus yakin terlebih dulu, bahwa posisi/pekerjaan yang akan dimasuki lewat psikotes itu benar-benar sesuai dengan kemampuan anda, dan sebaiknya juga sesuai dengan keinginan anda.
- Persiapkan diri dengan istirahat yang cukup. Seringkali, seseorang sebenarnya mampu mengerjakan tes. Namun, ketegangan atau kondisi tubuh yang tidak prima, dapat membuat hasil tes menjadi jelek. Oleh karena itu, anda harus beristirahat satu atau dua hari sebelumnya agar kondisi fisik menjadi prima.
- Pastikan anda sudah tahu tempat tes. Disarankan beberapa hari sebelum tes, anda sudah mengetahui tempatnya, bahkan sudah melihat tempatnya.
- Baca kembali surat lamaran dan CV anda, karena ada beberapa tes yang menanyakan hal-hal yang terkait dengan surat lamaran dan CV anda. Jangan sampai jawabannya berbeda dengan CV anda.

Sebaiknya anda berlatih berbagai soal psikotes, sehingga anda menjadi benar-benar siap menghadapi psikotes dengan hasil maksimal.
Anda dapat menggunakan "latihan psikotes" (silakan klik) pada situs ini untuk berlatih berbagai soal psikotes. - Sebelum berangkat ke tempat tes, berdoalah terlebih dulu sesuai keyakinan anda.
- Usahakan untuk tiba sepuluh menit lebih awal, dan jangan terlambat. Juga sebelum berangkat, jangan lupa untuk makan dan minum secukupnya agar kondisi fisik tetap prima.
- Walaupun tidak diminta, jangan lupa untuk membawa peralatan tulis-menulis (pensil, penghapus, pena, dsb-nya) dan membawa jam (penunjuk waktu).
Pada Saat Tes
- Umumnya, pada setiap lembar jawaban/soal psikotes, anda diminta mengisi isian nama, tanggal, dsb-nya. Begitu anda diperbolehkan untuk mulai mengisi, jangan lupa dan jangan menunda untuk mengisinya, serta isilah dengan lengkap dan rapi.
- Dengarkan baik-baik setiap "ucapan/pengarahan" dari pengawas tes, dan ikuti semua arahan/petunjuknya. Demikian juga petunjuk yang ada di setiap soal tes, jangan lupa untuk membaca petunjuk tersebut terlebih dulu, barulah anda mengerjakan soal tes-nya. Jadi jangan langsung mengisi/menjawab soal yang ada, tanpa membaca/mengetahui cara/petunjuk pengisiannya.
- Jangan enggan untuk bertanya ke pengawas tes. Bila ada sedikit saja yang anda tidak mengerti mengenai soal tersebut, maka langsung tanyakan ke pengawas tes yang ada. Dan jangan pernah bertanya ke peserta di kanan-kiri anda, tetapi bertanyalah ke pengawas tes yang ada.
- Jangan melihat jawaban orang lain, karena akan membuat hasil anda bertentangan dengan kondisi pribadi yang sesungguhnya. Isilah apa adanya. Untuk jenis-jenis soal tertentu, jawablah yang mudah terlebih dulu.
